The law establishes that military service done by the citizens in the special period shall be included into their length of service, pensionable service, period of service in a specialty and state service at double rate.
The document also supplements the current law with a provision, according to which “in a special period families of military men receive a monthly financial provision, including additional and other types of financial provision, in the amount established for military men on the day of their mobilization.”
